Start with the part number if you have it. Include quantity, preferred condition, aircraft or engine application, delivery location and required date. If you have a longer list, send the part numbers together so the team can discuss the full requirement.
Request a quoteMark the request as aircraft-on-ground and share the part number, quantity, aircraft or engine application, delivery destination and exact timing. Include a direct contact method so Diamond can clarify the requirement. Availability and response timing must be confirmed for the specific enquiry.
Start an AOG requestDiamond discusses engine component requirements, including CFM56-3, CFM56-5B, CFM56-7B and V2500 platforms. Provide the exact part number and engine application so compatibility, condition and records can be reviewed for the specific item.
View engine capabilitiesYes. Diamond presents buying, selling and inventory-management conversations alongside individual parts sourcing. Share a list with part numbers, quantities, conditions and available records to start discussing an inventory opportunity.
Explore inventory solutionsWhen transport is part of a requirement, Diamond can discuss coordination with its sister company, Aircraft Transport Worldwide, for aviation-focused freight. Routing, handling and timing depend on the particular part and shipment and need to be confirmed.
AOG stands for aircraft on ground: an aircraft that cannot return to service until a part is replaced or a defect is cleared. AOG requests are the most time-critical in aircraft parts sourcing, so send the exact part number, aircraft or engine application, acceptable condition, delivery destination and deadline in the first message.
Read the AOG request checklistBoth are authorized release certificates. FAA Form 8130-3 is issued under FAA rules and EASA Form 1 under EASA rules to document a part's production or maintenance release status. Either can be central to an aircraft part's traceability records, but neither by itself approves installation on a particular aircraft; the installer determines eligibility.
Review traceability documentsA rotable part can be removed, repaired or overhauled and returned to service repeatedly, so its condition, records and exchange or core-return terms matter. An expendable part is generally consumed or replaced rather than repaired. Tell Diamond which applies when you request a part.
Compare rotable and expendable partsThe inventory page shows parts currently listed in Diamond’s inventory system. If a part is not listed, Diamond may still be able to source it: share the part number and application in a quote request or by email. A missing search result does not mean the part is unavailable.
Contact DiamondYes. Add part numbers from the inventory or type them in, add your details, review the request and send it to Diamond’s sales team. You can also download a copy or email sales@diamondaircraft.us. For an aircraft-on-ground request, call the AOG line as well.
No. The inventory shows listed stock and quantities, but prices are not published. Availability, condition, applicable records and delivery options are confirmed for each request.
